Cookie Policy

Last updated: 06/06/2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to remember your preferences, keep your session active, ensure security or, where applicable, measure the use of the site. This policy also covers equivalent device-storage technologies (localStorage and sessionStorage), in accordance with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE.

2. Local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage)

DatomWorx is a platform of installable web applications (PWA) and, in addition to cookies, uses the browser's local storage. We distinguish two categories according to the Spanish DPA (AEPD):

3. Types of cookies we use

Currently, DatomWorx does not use analytics, advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies. If any web analytics tool were incorporated in the future, this policy would be updated and your consent would be requested in advance and explicitly.

5. Third-party cookies

DatomWorx integrates the following external services that may install their own cookies when you activate their functionality:

6. Consent and withdrawal

When you first access DatomWorx from any public page, a banner is shown that allows you to accept all cookies or limit them to the strictly necessary ones, with the same ease for both options as required by the AEPD. Your choice is recorded for 365 days and the banner is not shown again.

Strictly necessary cookies are always loaded as they are essential for the service (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). The rest are only activated if you give your consent.

You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time through any of these means:

7. How to manage or delete cookies in your browser

You can control and delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that if you block technical cookies, some functions (login, language, etc.) may not work correctly. Help links for the most common browsers:

8. Changes to this policy

If we modify this policy, we will notify you upon entering the application by means of a prominent notice. We distinguish two types of changes:

8.1. Minor changes

Wording corrections, clarifications or cookie adjustments with no impact on your rights. They will apply automatically after a period of 15 days from notification. If you continue using the service after those 15 days, tacit acceptance will be understood.

8.2. Substantial changes

Incorporation of new categories of cookies, new third-party services with cookies, or modifications that require new consent. In that case, we will show the cookie banner again so that you can decide anew. Additionally, if the changes also affect the Privacy Policy or the Conditions of Use, the procedure described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy will apply: 15 days to sign, access blocking if you do not sign, automatic anonymisation of the account after 3 months.
